The Water for Injection System Multi-Effect Distiller from TianSure is engineered to produce high-purity, pyrogen-free Water for Injection (WFI) for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing. Description

Working Principle

Pre-treated feed water enters the first effect of the multi-effect distiller, where it is heated by plant steam to generate pure steam. The generated steam condenses to form WFI while transferring latent heat to the next effect. This cascading multi-effect process significantly improves thermal efficiency. Non-condensable gases and impurities are continuously removed to ensure consistent production of pyrogen-free WFI. The produced WFI is then transferred to hot storage and distributed through a sanitary loop
